The Odds: Tiger Favorite to Win 15th Major at PGA Championship

The LVH SuperBook has updated its odds to win this week’s PGA Championship and also posted a suite of betting matchups for the fourth and final major of the golf season.

Tiger Woods, whose price was shortened to 7-to-2 after he ran away from the field at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational for his fifth win of the year, is back up to 4-to-1. He’s still, obviously, a sizable favorite to claim his 15th major title.

Phil Mickelson and Adam Scott, winners of the British Open and U.S. Open, respectively, are next on the LVH board, each offered at 15-to-1.

Masters champion Justin Rose is 25-to-1, along with Lee Westwood.

The SuperBook has matched Woods and Mickelson against one another for betting purposes, opening Tiger as the -250 favorite and Mickelson as the +210 dog.

In a matchup of 2013 major winners, Scott is -135 vs. Rose (+115).

The LVH is also offering a ‘will Tiger Woods win the PGA Championship’ prop, with ‘Yes’ posted at +400 and ‘No’ the -500 favorite.

Here’s a look at the LVH board for this week’s tournament:
